Refund policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. The buyer bears shipping costs for the return.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email (secksales@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (by email) of receipt of such a revocation. In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

All sales made by consumers whose address is outside the EU are final and cannot be withdrawn. If a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you.
